  • Payment will be taken by our engineer on completion either by stored card details or using our secure card payment handset
  • Materials / sundries used will be added exclusive of any VAT due
  • VAT to be added to payment receipt on completion @ 20%
  • All works completed covered by 12 months parts and labour guarantee
  • Please be aware that the Bill payer / card holder must be present to authorise payment on completion of works.
  • Cash will be accepted providing this is authorised by our control centre during booking. Apologies that cheques will not be accepted.
